PawLove Terms of Use / EULA

These Terms of Use apply to PawLove, a pet care and pet information management app operated by Tayfun Baş. By using PawLove, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

PawLove allows users to manage pet profiles, store pet-related information, upload pet-related content, and use pet care features such as lost pet reports. Users must use the app responsibly and lawfully.

User-Generated Content

Users may create, upload, or share pet-related content, including text, photos, documents, and lost pet report information. Users are responsible for the content they submit and must only upload content they have the right to use.

Zero Tolerance Policy: PawLove has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content, harassment, abusive behavior, illegal content, hateful content, sexually explicit content, violent content, spam, or content that violates the rights of others is not allowed.

Reporting and Blocking

PawLove provides mechanisms for users to report objectionable content and block abusive users. When a user blocks another user, the blocked user’s content is removed from the blocker’s feed. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. When necessary, we may remove content and suspend or eject users who violate these terms.

Content Moderation

We may review, remove, restrict, or delete content that violates these terms or creates safety, privacy, or abuse concerns. We may also take action against accounts that submit objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior.

Subscriptions

PawLove may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions such as PawLove Follow+. Subscription payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. Subscription terms, prices, and durations are shown in the app before purchase. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.

Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion by contacting us at: review@pawlove.app

Limitation of Liability

PawLove is provided as a pet care and information management tool. We do not guarantee that lost pet reports, pet records, reminders, or other app features will always be accurate, available, or error-free.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.

PawLove Kullanım Şartları / EULA

Bu Kullanım Şartları, Tayfun Baş tarafından işletilen PawLove evcil hayvan bakım ve bilgi yönetimi uygulaması için geçerlidir. PawLove’u kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Uygulamanın Kullanımı

PawLove; evcil hayvan profilleri oluşturma, evcil hayvan bilgilerini saklama, evcil hayvanla ilgili içerik yükleme ve kayıp hayvan bildirimi gibi özellikler sunar. Kullanıcılar uygulamayı sorumlu ve yasalara uygun şekilde kullanmalıdır.

Kullanıcı Tarafından Oluşturulan İçerik

Kullanıcılar metin, fotoğraf, belge ve kayıp hayvan bildirimi gibi evcil hayvanla ilgili içerikler oluşturabilir veya yükleyebilir. Kullanıcılar yükledikleri içerikten sorumludur ve yalnızca kullanma hakkına sahip oldukları içerikleri yüklemelidir.

Sıfır Tolerans Politikası: PawLove’da uygunsuz içeriklere ve kötüye kullanım yapan kullanıcılara karşı sıfır tolerans vardır. Taciz, kötüye kullanım, yasa dışı içerik, nefret içerikleri, cinsel içerikler, şiddet içerikleri, spam veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içeriklere izin verilmez.

Şikayet Etme ve Engelleme

PawLove, kullanıcıların uygunsuz içerikleri şikayet etmesine ve kötüye kullanım yapan kullanıcıları engellemesine olanak tanır. Bir kullanıcı başka bir kullanıcıyı engellediğinde, engellenen kullanıcının içerikleri engelleyen kullanıcının akışından kaldırılır. Bildirimler 24 saat içinde incelenir. Gerekli durumlarda içerikler kaldırılabilir ve kuralları ihlal eden kullanıcılar askıya alınabilir veya uygulamadan çıkarılabilir.

İçerik Moderasyonu

Bu şartları ihlal eden veya güvenlik, gizlilik ya da kötüye kullanım riski oluşturan içerikleri inceleyebilir, kaldırabilir, kısıtlayabilir veya silebiliriz. Uygunsuz içerik gönderen veya kötüye kullanım yapan hesaplar hakkında işlem yapılabilir.

Abonelikler

PawLove, PawLove Follow+ gibi isteğe bağlı otomatik yenilenen abonelikler sunabilir. Abonelik ödemeleri Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir. Abonelik şartları, fiyatları ve süreleri satın alma öncesinde uygulama içinde gösterilir. Kullanıcılar aboneliklerini Apple ID hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilir.

PawLove kullanımı ayrıca Gizlilik Politikamız kapsamında değerlendirilir: https://pawlove.app/

Hesap Silme

Kullanıcılar hesap silme talebi için bizimle iletişime geçebilir: review@pawlove.app

Sorumluluk Sınırı

PawLove bir evcil hayvan bakım ve bilgi yönetimi aracıdır. Kayıp hayvan bildirimleri, evcil hayvan kayıtları, hatırlatmalar veya diğer uygulama özelliklerinin her zaman doğru, erişilebilir veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz.

Bu Şartlarda Değişiklikler

Bu Kullanım Şartları zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm yeni “Last updated” tarihiyle birlikte yayınlanır.
